    Ingredients - (All organic) Fenugreek, Goat’s Rue, Fennel, Peppermint, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Alfalfa Leaf

    Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of hot water (212° F) over 1 tea bag. Steep 3-5 minutes. NOTE: If making iced tea, follow the hot tea directions. Next, cool tea and put in fridge for a few minutes till cold. Add ice, optional. This method will assure you have pulled all the healthy tea benefits.
